Getting started is easy!

If you are interested in becoming a Tennessee Procurement Technical Assistance (PTAC) client, you must:

  • Be a Tennessee-based business
  • Desire to sell to the local, state, or federal government
  • Complete the New Client Questionnaire
  • Report all quarterly surveys, even if you have no activity

Step 1: New Client Questionnaire

Potential client companies interested in registering for PTAC must demonstrate three years of profitability, must answer all quarterly surveys in a timely manner—even in the event that no activity has occurred—and must submit at least one contract proposal every six months.

Step 3: Selling to State Government

Through Edison, registered vendors will be able to update their company’s information online, as well as monitor the status of orders and payments in a real time environment. Additionally, registered vendors can receive email notifications about state event opportunities, and also have the ability to respond to them online.
