Happy People, Great Teams, Successful Customers

In January I reported on UT CIS’ new mission: Help customers achieve their goals. We view our mission as our highest-level work-instruction.  It provides ultimate guidance for our strategy, programs, services, and daily work activities.

While developing a new mission, we also developed a new vision: Happy people, great teams, and successful customers.  I heard someone say once that no customer will ever be happier than we are.  In other words, happy people lead to great teams, which results in successful customers.

Every organization has its good days and not-so-good days.  Our vision is a big one in that we want happy people, great teams and successful customers – not occasionally or even mostly – but every day.  I‘m confident that UT CIS is up to the challenge.
