Save the Date: No Cost Workforce Development Workshops in Upper Cumberland
In partnership with the Upper Cumberland Workforce Development Board, the UT Center for Industrial Services (UT CIS) will be hosting multiple no cost introduction workshops about the Optimized People Development System (Optimized PDS) in the Upper Cumberland region on January 24, 26 & 31. Optimized PDS is a system used to optimize a company's people development efforts to improve company culture, retain and attract top talent, and achieve business goals.
Workshop participants will explore:
- Using system thinking to understand how the five areas of the Optimized PDS are connected and operate together.
- Applying continuous improvement concepts to their workforce development efforts.
- Creating and sustaining the culture of a learning organization.
- How internal training practices are at the heart of a strong Optimized PDS.
