Study Shows MEP Program Generates a Substantial Economic and Financial Return

 

As part of the NIST Manufacturing Extension Program (MEP) and the only MEP center in Tennessee, UT CIS would like to thank all our existing customers that invest time in completing our third party project surveys.

The MEP program is a federal public-private partnership created in 1988 that provides small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) technology-based services needed to grow and thrive in today’s economy.

As you can see from a recent study commissioned by the American Small Manufacturers Coalition, the MEP program nationally delivered a $13.6:1 economic and financial return on its FY 2020 federal investment of $146 million. Access the full report HERE.
