Toyota Kata Training in Jackson, TN

TheTennessee Manufacturing Extension Partnership (TMEP) program at UT CIS had a successful training session in Jackson, TN on April 20.

The subject of this training was Lean concepts and tools, specifically the Toyota Kata methods.

Participants learned how highly successful Lean companies have also taken the Kata concept and applied it to the art of managing people.
