Aspects of leadership in a professional environment will be studied from current literature reading and discussions. Industry professionals will periodically lead the class to enlighten students to aspects of organizational and project management. Lectures will be based on the Project Management Body of knowledge (PMBOK) and will qualify students to take the CAPM/PMP certification exam at the end of the semester. Each student will develop a project plan including scope management, budget management, schedule management, and quality management. With an oral project review presentation.
